Terms of Service

1. Pre-Contract Information

These Terms govern e-scooter and e-bike rental. We disclose legal name, registration number, address, contact details, service terms, price, rental conditions and complaint procedures per Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII and Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 3153-IX.

2. Eligibility and Rental

You must be 18+ with valid ID and account. Rental starts on unlock and ends on lock at permitted locations. Pricing (unlock fee, per-minute rate) is shown before you confirm. A refundable deposit may be pre-authorised and released within 5–10 business days minus deductions for damage, cleaning, fines or improper parking. You pay all charges and taxes.

3. Safety

• Wear a helmet and follow traffic rules.
• Do not ride under the influence.
• No passengers; respect load limits.
• Park only in designated areas.
• Report accidents immediately.

4. Liability and Cancellation

Vehicles have third-party liability insurance. You are liable for damage caused by breach. Our liability is limited per Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 3153-IX. For distance contracts, you may withdraw under that law unless fully performed with your prior consent. End the rental in the app to cancel; unused minutes refundable.

5. Data, Complaints, Advertising

We process personal data and use cookies with consent, per Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 8153-IX and Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX.
