From scan to parked: four steps

    Scan the QR code on the handlebar and open the ride in the app.

  2. 02

    Verify your ID: 18 or older, with a passport or driver's licence where local law requires it.

  3. 03

    Unlock: the refundable ₴2,000 card hold is placed, then the motor engages.

  4. 04

    Park inside the marked zone, lock the wheel and end the ride in the app.

Unlock is ₴49 on every ride in Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa. Per-minute rates, hourly caps and the optional ₴59/day insurance sit in the fee ledger; helmet and night-riding rules are under safety rules.

Deposit release
The ₴2,000 hold is released within 3 business days of your last ride.
Currency
All amounts are charged in hryvnia. Conversion for foreign cards is set by your own bank.
Penalties
Late return and out-of-zone parking are the only penalties. No cleaning, fuel or paperwork charges.

Safety rules

What you must do before you unlock.

Helmet, traffic law, night riding and no-ride zones, stated as plain sentences. None of it is optional, and all of it is enforced at unlock.

Helmet
A helmet ships free with every e-scooter and e-bike and must be worn whenever the vehicle is moving. Riders under 18 are not permitted, with or without a helmet.
Age and ID
18+ only. Carry a driving licence or passport, since the app scans a photo ID at unlock and a roadside check can ask for the same document.
Traffic law
Ride with the traffic flow, use the bike lane where one exists, and stay off the sidewalk. Obey every signal and give way to pedestrians at crossings.
Night riding
After dark the front lamp and rear reflector stay on and the helmet is mandatory without exception. Drop to walking pace in shared and courtyard zones.
No-ride zones
Khreshchatyk pedestrian zone in Kyiv, Rynok Square in Lviv, Deribasivska Street in Odesa, park lanes and metro entrances. The app blocks unlocking inside these areas.
Never ride if
You have been drinking, you are carrying a passenger, or your phone is in your hand. One rider per vehicle, phone in the mount, both hands free.
Park and lock
End the ride only inside a marked zone, with the vehicle upright and the lock closed around a rack or fixed object.

Common questions

Before you unlock

Four things riders ask at the pickup point. Each answer is one short paragraph.

  • It is a card pre-authorisation, not a charge. It is released 3 to 5 working days after the ride ends and the unit returns undamaged to a marked zone. The optional ₴59 per day insurance lowers your exposure to ₴500.
